## 07-Day Results-Based Refund Policy
We stand behind the Career Narrative Vault and offer a 7-day conditional refund guarantee.

This guarantee applies only to the Career Narrative Vault. Optional order bumps, including the Résumé Makeover and LinkedIn Makeover, are separate digital products and are non-refundable as explained below.

## To Qualify for a Career Narrative Vault Refund

To qualify, you must:

*Complete 100% of the Career Narrative Vault, including all guided questions and applicable exercises;

*Complete the Vault genuinely rather than using placeholder or materially incomplete responses;

*Submit your complete refund request within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date; and

*Provide your order details and a brief explanation of what you completed and why you believe the completed Vault did not provide meaningful, evidence-backed career positioning or career-value insights.

The guarantee is designed for customers who actually complete the Vault and genuinely engage with the process.

If you complete the Vault and it does not provide meaningful, evidence-backed career positioning or career-value insights that you did not have before, you may request a refund of the Career Narrative Vault purchase price within the applicable 7-day period.

## When a Career Narrative Vault Refund Does Not Apply

A refund will not be provided merely because you:

*Changed your mind;

*Did not start or complete the Vault;

*Did not have enough time;

*Submitted placeholder or materially incomplete answers;

*Expected coaching, consulting, placement or another service not included with the product;

*Received meaningful evidence-backed positioning or career-value insights but preferred different wording, presentation or formatting;

*Decided not to use your completed output; or

*Submit your complete request after the 7-day period.

Because this is an instant-access digital product, failure to access, complete or use the product after access has been provided does not constitute non-delivery.

## Résumé Makeover & LinkedIn Makeover — Non-Refundable

The Résumé Makeover and LinkedIn Makeover are optional digital order bumps/add-ons and are non-refundable.

These products are generated, delivered and/or made available digitally and are connected to the information or output from your Career Narrative Vault.

Therefore, all sales of these two add-ons are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Importantly, if you purchase the Career Narrative Vault together with either or both add-ons and later qualify for a Career Narrative Vault refund: Only the amount paid for the Career Narrative Vault will be refunded. The amount paid for the Résumé Makeover and/or LinkedIn Makeover will not be included in the Vault refund.

## One-Time Payment

These products are sold as one-time purchases. There is no installment plan, monthly subscription or recurring billing associated with this offer.

## How to Request a Refund

Please include:

*Your name and email used at checkout;

*Your order/transaction details;

*Confirmation that you completed the entire Career Narrative Vault; and

*A brief explanation of what you completed and why you believe the completed Vault did not provide meaningful evidence-backed career positioning or career-value insights.

Complete requests will generally be reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

## Payment Disputes

Customers should contact us first regarding genuine refund or billing concerns.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Break Career Pattern may provide relevant transaction, checkout, digital-delivery, access/completion and refund-correspondence records to the applicable payment provider.

##Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Break Career Pattern is based in India, and these digital products may be sold internationally.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your purchase and this Refund Policy are governed by the laws of India, and contractual disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Nothing in this Policy excludes a consumer or statutory right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
